Portfolio

Inside I.T. Ltd has been involved in various aspects of the design and development of a number of websites, with our involvement ranging from small enhancements to existing websites, to full design and development of the site. Our portfolio is still fairly 'compact', but will be added to soon as our current under-development sites are added. We develop using PhP and MySQL on Linux platforms - and where possible use CSS to separate layout from content. The following are some of the websites that we have developed, and in some cases which we continue to actively support:

Beer Wine Online	Nearing completion - a large directory of beers, wines, spirits and drink relating gifts and gadgets from some of the UKs leading suppliers. Full CSS implementation, which also demonstrates data feed processing and when complete data manipulation. Will tie in with the Review sites.	Full site design and development. Hosted on a Linux platform, with MySQL database and developed in PhP. Website is written using full CSS design, and will handle regular updating of datafeed automatically.
Review What You Eat	Contains details of over 2500 places to eat in the UK, from restaurants to takeaways - many with reviews. New reviews and entries can be added easily. Also includes an extensive UK wine directory, the current best selling and latest releases of food and wine books, and experiences days and holidays with a food and drink theme. Recently updated to include a UK food directory which includes sweets, chocolate, food hampers and gourmet food.	Full site design and development - uses data feeds from ChefMoz, plus a variety of UK retailers for the wine and experience day sections - and Amazon Web Services for the book section. Hosted on a Linux platform, with MySQL database and developed in PhP.
Wholesale Cakes	A cut down version of the Uppercrusts Catering website, concentrating on their range of wholesale cakes available for delivery to addresses in the mainland UK.	Full site design and development - hosted on a Linux platform, with MySQL database and PhP coding.
Uppercrusts Catering	Uppercrusts Catering bake wholesale traybake cakes for the catering industry - as well as providing in-house catering services. Their request was simple - 'We want a website!' - so we developed one based on their cake range, and their cakes are very good indeed!	Full site design and development - hosted on a Linux platform, with MySQL database and PhP coding.
Activity Days Direct	Activity Days Direct provides a website for small experience and activity day companies to advertise and manage their product portfolio - without having to pay large fees. It is a pay-per-click site, with a full management system for experience day companies to add, update and delete their experiences when needed.	Joint site design with Grand Adventures Limited, and full site developement - including an admin system for Grand Adventures. Hosted on a Linux platform, with MySQL and coded in PhP
Experience Mad	Experience Mad is a successful experience day website, providing a huge range of experiences and activities over the web. We have worked with the parent company, Grand Adventures Limited, for a number of years.	Various enhancements to the website and behind the scenes operations - including automating many of the processes in the day to day running of the business. Coded in Perl and PhP on Linux platform - with MySQL database.
Blokes Only	Blokes Only provides a portal for all things 'blokie' - including DIY, gadget, games and sport.	Various enhancements to the website and behind the scenes operations - including automating many of the processes in the day to day running of the website. Coded in Perl and PhP on Linux platform - with MySQL database.
Blokes Only Booze Section	Part of the Blokes Only website, the Booze section is a version of the Review What You eat website, providing an extensive wine and places to eat directory on Blokes Only.	Full section development - using Review What You Eat code with minimal changes to 'export' to Blokes Only.
Linux Books	The basic site is complete, using Amazon webservices to obtain the current top selling and new releases for a variety of books categories geared at the Linux user and developer.	Full site design and development. Hosted on a Linux platform, with MySQL database and developed in PhP.
Wilburton Beer Festival	A "just for fun" site for the Wilburton Beer Festival.	Full site design and development. Hosted on a Linux platform, with MySQL database and developed in PhP.
Say No To Mereham	A website to support the Say No To Mereham campaign.	Full site design and development. Hosted on a Linux platform, with MySQL database and developed in PhP.
Review What You Eat Online Table Booking	In association with 5pm, we now have an online booking site for booking tables at restaurants around the UK. This will be integrating into Review What You Eat.	The site was setup by 5pm, integration of data into Review What You Eat carried out by us.
Currently Under Contruction:
Our Wedding Website	Currently under construction, this website will allow registered users to create and maintain their own website recording their wedding - from the build up, including venue details, to the post wedding photos. A website provides an useful way to keep guests informed of the latest details of the wedding plan - and Our Wedding Website will allow guests to leave messages for the happy couple.	Full site design and development. Hosted on a Linux platform, with MySQL database and developed in PhP.
Our Baby Website	Currently under construction, this website will allow registered users to create and maintain their own website recording milestones during the first year of their baby's development - including photo gallery, important 'firsts', calender of events and more.	Full site design and development. Hosted on a Linux platform, with MySQL database and developed in PhP.
Books About	Currently under construction, using an extended version of the Amazon webservices code developed for Linux Books, this site will provide books across a variety of categories, plus will track most popular categories and books to provide a local version of the most popular entries.	Full site design and development. Hosted on a Linux platform, with MySQL database and developed in PhP.
Lotions & Potions	Currently under construction, a review site for health and beauty products.	Full site design and development. Hosted on a Linux platform, with MySQL database and developed in PhP.
Review What You Drink	Currently under construction, a follow up to the Review What You Eat site geared towards anything and everything that people drink - to include wine, beer, spirits, tea, coffee, soft drinks - and even water!	Full site design and development. Hosted on a Linux platform, with MySQL database and developed in PhP.
